Clean, finished cover plate for 4" PVC pipe penetrations.
This 4" white trim plate is designed to provide a clean, professional finish where Schedule 40 PVC pipe penetrates walls, floors, or ceilings. The breakaway split design allows the trim plate to be installed after the pipe is already in place, making it ideal for retrofits and final detailing on radon mitigation systems.
Application
Used to cover gaps and rough edges around 4" Schedule 40 PVC pipe penetrations in basements, utility rooms, and mechanical spaces. Commonly installed as a finishing component on radon mitigation vent piping.
