Shipping policy

Flat-rate shipping anywhere in Canada

Every order ships for one flat price, wherever you are in Canada. No surprise carrier rates at checkout and no free shipping thresholds to chase.

What you order	Shipping in Canada
Fans, monitors, parts and everything else (including the Small GSR cage)	$29.99 per order
Long Term Alpha Track radon test kits	$15 per order
STEGOCRAWL vapor barrier rolls	$149.99 flat freight per order
GSR radon suction cages, Medium and Large	$400 flat freight per order
Bertin AlphaS professional monitor	Freight quoted after you order

Each rate is charged once per order, however many of those items you buy. If your order mixes groups, for example a fan and a test kit, you pay each group's rate once ($29.99 + $15).

The shipping price for each product is shown on its product page, under the price.

Freight quoted after order

For items marked "freight quoted after you order", checkout shows $0 shipping. We will contact you with the freight cost before your order ships.

Outside Canada

We ship to a limited list of countries. Rates are calculated live by Canada Post at checkout. Duties and import taxes are the buyer's responsibility.

Pro accounts

Pro (wholesale) orders use the same flat rates. For pallet or project quantities, contact us for a freight quote.
