The Aldes InspirAIR Top 450 Premium ERV is a high-efficiency energy recovery ventilator that supplies up to 265 CFM of fresh, filtered air while recovering both heat and moisture from the outgoing air stream through its enthalpy counter-flow core. Constant-airflow EC motors keep ventilation balanced and quiet while using very little energy. The unit is HVI 2100 certified and Passivhaus Institut certified for demanding low-energy and net-zero projects, and the Premium build adds a more robust finish and an upgraded interface, making it a standout choice for a healthy-home build where indoor air quality is the priority.

Radon mode: purpose-built for radon-aware homes

Unlike most ventilators, the InspirAIR Top includes a dedicated radon mode as a standard feature, designed to quickly renew room air. Balanced mechanical ventilation dilutes indoor soil gases and manages moisture, and the radon mode is built to support that goal. Note that where radon is measured above Health Canada's 200 Bq/m3 guideline, an active sub-slab depressurization system remains the primary mitigation method; the InspirAIR Top complements it with continuous, filtered fresh air.
